In this presentation, we will examine current developments in the field of AI and demonstrate why now is the right time to initiate a holistic AI transformation. We will address the question: How can artificial intelligence be successfully introduced and embedded strategically and sustainably within companies?
AI copilots – show effect or real added value?
Results of systematic studies and showcase

In this presentation, we will demonstrate what AI copilots can already achieve today as part of professional ALM tools. In the first part, we will discuss the practical prerequisites for profitably using AI copilots to create/improve requirements and test cases in industrial projects.
In the second part, we will use a live demonstration to show where the current strengths and weaknesses of AI lie in this area.
Finally, we will give an overview of the Heicon study on which the live demo is based.
Beyond LLMs: Homemade AI agents

Are you now convinced of the benefits of generative AI but don't yet have your own AI agent? Then it's time to change that!
In an interactive DIY workshop, we will first look at the difference between “pure” LLMs and specialized AI agents.
Once the theory is clear, we put together our own agent in a suitable environment.
Of course, we will see this in action.
To participate actively, you should bring your laptop. Otherwise, you'll have to watch your neighbor's work.
No programming knowledge or special software or licenses are required.
