Founded on December 8, 2000: Spin-off from the Institute for Electronic Systems at the former Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg, ELSYS for short, headed by Prof. Dr. Hans Rauch, as part of the joint research project "Bavarian Competence Network for Mechatronics BKM".

Start of development work for the test framework iTestStudio

Getting started with test automation

Delivery of iSyst’s first own HIL test system (roll stabilization of sports cars)

Moving to the research factory in Nordostpark Nuremberg

Submission of iSyst's first funding application: One result of this "Test House" funding project was inclusion in The Mathworks partner program.

Approval of the joint funding projects "RedunSys" - design and testing of redundant electronics for radiation-exposed areas and "ParaObsol" - functional maintenance and compliance with delivery obligations for discontinued components (obsolescence)

Jerseys for talented young footballers from the junior women's team of TB Johannis 1888 Nuremberg

Approval of our participation in the Europe-wide major project "Improve" - Implementing Manufacturing Science Solutions to increase Equipment Productivity and Fab Performance

2010

As part of the endowed professorship for "Automation Technology/Mechatronics" at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Information Technology (efi) at the Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg, iSyst, together with three other companies from the metropolitan region, is financing a professor for a period of five years. Co-founders are Baumüller Nürnberg GmbH, the Nuremberg location of the Automotive Systems Division of Continental AG, and Siemens AG Healthcare Sector.

Expansion of business activities towards test management (planning and controlling the entire test process)
