- 2000: The ELSYS Institute under the direction of Prof. Dr. Hans Rauch at the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg participates in the joint research project “Bavarian Competence Network for Mechatronics BKM” and develops know-how in the field of control unit testing.
- As a result of the project, iSyst Intelligente Systeme GmbH emerged as a spin-off from the ELSYS Institute.
